Nicole Khoshnoud is the President and Founder of Accountelle. She is a successful executive level professional with more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience, with a particular expertise in consulting and legal industries. Nicole brings to her clients a unique blend of extensive C-level strategy and business development experience combined with deep knowledge of M&A.
After climbing the corporate ladders for a number of years, she decided to start her own private practice to help small and medium sized businesses better manage their accounting and tax needs. She is passionate about seeing companies utilize the latest accounting technology to maximize their efficiency, productivity, and ultimately, success. According to Nicole, “I take the time to really get to know each client and to build a level of trust that is proven over time. The more that I know about a person or a family or a business, the more I can do for my clients. I care about my clients and we make our solutions very specific for each of our clients based on what they want to achieve. We are in the business of helping people to make smart decisions about their money.”
Nicole has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from California State University Long Beach and an MBA from University of Phoenix. She is a member of several professional associations including the American Accounting Association, National Society of Accountants, National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers, National Association of Tax Professionals, and The CFO Leadership Council.

Sarah is a Senior Consultant of Accountelle, dedicated to providing clients with thorough financial information. She serves clients across all business cycle phases, from startups to mature companies.
In serving her clients, Sarah specializes in providing full range outsourced accounting solutions and managing the client’s entire internal accounting team.
With over 25 years of experience in both public and private accounting, she brings a broad and diverse perspective to today's constantly changing business environment. Sarah has led numerous large-scale finance transformations in industries ranging from healthcare and medical device manufacturing to retail, consumer products, and technology. She is also recognized for her knowledge and skills with QuickBooks, Netsuite, and other industry specific accounting programs.
As a leading technical resource in the area of US GAAP, she takes pride in her ability to effectively communicate complex information and support businesses optimize their financial position. Sarah is an expert in financial reporting. She regularly partners with clients to consult on IPO readiness, SEC reporting, financial transactions, budgeting, cash flow projection, internal controls, and performance metrics.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton. She is a Certified Public Accountant in California and a member of AICPA.

Haleh specialized in back-office solutions while supporting the day-to-day operations. Focused on customer service, she is eager to meet the clients, build strong relationships and assist them in any way she can.
Prior to joining Accountelle, Haleh worked as regional manager for ESCADA (Australia). Her interaction with the management team, while keeping up with transactions and reporting, gave her the foundation to see the big picture when planning out projects and prioritizing tasks.
Haleh has a Bachelor’s degree from Azad University and is pursuing her Master’s degree at the University of Southern California.
